Group: משרות הייטק בין חברים, לפני שמתפרסמות בלוחות וחברות השמה Discussion: .ראיון עבודה = בליינד דייט. מה דעתכם? לפעמים אתה מקבל רושם שהמגייס בעצמו לא יודע מה הוא רוצה, כך גם כנראה בבלינד דייט :-) או שצבע עיניים שלך לא מצא חן בעיניו (אין כימיה) ולא חוזרים אילך - האם לא בלינד דייט?? גם כשאני ראיינתי, קרה לי משהו דומה: מרגישים שיהיה כיף לעבוד עם הבן אדם ולנהל אותו, ויוכול להיות שמישהו יותר מוכשר או עם יותר ידע וניסיון, אבל ממש לא נמחד - לא תרצה לגייס.
