Group: משרות הייטק בין חברים, לפני שמתפרסמות בלוחות וחברות השמה Discussion: טאבו - פיטורים - למה לא מדברים על זה ? דבי, תודה רבה. אני שמח לראות שדעותי מתקבלות באופן חיובי. כאחד שלא "בא מהמקצוע", אני נתקל לפעמים בקשיים בלשכנע אחרים בנושאים האלה. סיבה שלדעתי מטופשת לחלוטין. אגב, אני הייתי שמח לעשות שינוי גדול יותר מאשר במגרש הפרטי שלי. כמו שכתבתי לך למעלה, לדעתי בידי מחלקת משאבי האנוש האפשרות לעשות עבודה המשמעותית ביותר בחברה כבוחרת ומפתחת ההון האנושי. בנוסף יש באפשרותה להתסכל מעבר לקופסא ולעשות שינויים חברתיים בכלל. סתם למשל, אם מנהלי משאבי אנוש היו דוחפים לגיוס אנשים בני 40+ ומדגישים את יתרונות היציבות של אדם שבד"כ יש לו משפחה בשלב הזה, החוזקות של שנות הניסיון ובעיקר בגרות נפשית וארגונית משמעותית יותר בשל גילו (מה לעשות) הם היו מצליחים גם לקדם את הארגון שלהם וגם לעזור לאכלוסיה שכיום נתקלת בדלתות סגורות. אך בשביל זה צריך אורך רוח לפיתוח תהליכים (מדובר בבני אדם ו"יחסים" בסוף היום). מה שקשה לנו כישראלים חסרי סבלנות. חבל. דווקא סבלנות לתכנון ארוך טווח וראייה מרחבית עמוקה תאפשר לנו לבנות חברות יציבות יותר. Group: משרות הייטק בין חברים, לפני שמתפרסמות בלוחות וחברות השמה Discussion: טאבו - פיטורים - למה לא מדברים על זה ? דויד, אני מאוד נהנית מהתגובות שלך. איזה כיף לשמוע שיש לאדם כמוך כוונות לפעול לשינוי המציאות! מנסיוני הדבר בהחלט אפשרי ויחד עם זאת, לא פשוט. זה תלוי בטיב האנשים, מי המנכ"ל וגם מי מנהלת את משאבי האנוש. כיועצת ארגונית יצא לי לפגוש דווקא מנכ"לים ובעלים בחברות שכן היו מעוניינים לחולל שינוי אבל דווקא מנהלת מחלקת משאבי אנוש לא הצליחה "לעלות על הגל" ולהתחיל לפעול מנקודת מבט עסקית רחבה. צריך לזכור שהתפקיד הזה הוא מאוד מורכב כי הוא דורש לשנות נקודות מבט ו"כובעים" בהתאם לסיטואציה: להיות עזר להנהלת החברה ויחד עם זאת כר תומך לעובדי הארגון. לא כל אחד יכול לנוע בנוחות בין התפקידים הללו. אני מאמינה שהדילמות של מנהלת משאבי אנוש, שהיא בעצמה עובדת של הארגון כמו עובדים אחרים בו, דומות לדילמות של מנהלים אחרים שצריכים לפעמים לסכן את עצמם ואת התפקיד שלהם בשימת גבול למנכ"ל ובעמידה נחושה על העקרונות שלהם בשביל היושר המקצועי שלהם. רק שלעיתים קרובות מידי התחום של משאבי אנוש נתפס בעיני ההנהלה כלא כלכלי ומכאן נובע הערך הנמוך שניתן הן לעיסוק עצמו והן לעוסקים בו. Group: משרות הייטק בין חברים, לפני שמתפרסמות בלוחות וחברות השמה Discussion: טאבו - פיטורים - למה לא מדברים על זה ? לימור ודבי אין ספק שאנחנו רואים באותה עין. צר לי לשמוע על כך שמנהלות משאבי אנוש אינן מתוגמלות כמו שאר המנהלים הבכירים של הארגון. לדעתי יש ללפקיד הזה חשיבות זהה לסמנכ"ל פיתוח וסמנכ"ל כספים. אני מקווה שכשאגיע לדרוגות השפעה גבוהות יותר אפעל כך גם. אשמח לדעת אם מניסיונכם יש למנהלים בכירים אוזן קשבת לשינויים ארגוניים כדוגמת אלו שאנחנו מדברים עליהם. האם הם מוכנים לשמוע, להבין ולשנות את המעמד של משאבי האנוש בארגון?
