Working with business staff to reach deep understanding of what needs to be measured, then executing the measurement accurately and interpreting meaningfully. Requirements: Experience using Google Analytics and similar tools to detect trends in web traffic and extract actionable conclusions for business Knowledge of SQL Familiarity with HTML and javascript Critical thinker - understanding of proper study methods and able to interpret numbers accurately Strong work ethic Strong communicator - able to present findings clearly to business staff using numeric and graphical presentation Advantages: Knowledge of statistical methods for data analysis Knowledge of Ruby on Rails or other open source programming languages"
