"Production Planner Location: Herzelia Position Type: Temporary with possibility for extension Current Duration: Six Months. July – end of December 2012 Expected Start Date: July 2012 Responsibilities: • Primarily responsible for SAP ERP transactions, implementation and execution towards and after the system Go live (Planned for Sep 30st 2012). • Able to train Production Control team members on fine points of ERP transactions and to grow into additional responsibilities which could include: • Responsibility for planning Silicon Assembly house and Fabs material. • Planning and control Execution of the Subcontractors (ASE, TI, TSMC, GTTW, AMKR). • Performing daily monitoring (conversations) and periodically (QBR) with Subcontractors, raising red flags and escalations executions. • Building and planning production and execution monitoring. • Determine execution indexes for Sub contractors. • Analyzing and improving production process, Capacities planning and cost tradeoffs. • Planning and determining Material policies and implementation. • ERP system optimizations. • Process quality & reliability enhancement of all manufacturing processes. Qualifications: • Must have extensive experience and confidence with high level SAP ERP system. • Must be a team player and have a high level of capability in reading, writing and speaking English. • BsC in industrial and Management engineering (from a leading university). • Experience in Production control and planning for the Electronics or Silicon Industries. • Grades average 80 and above. Grades sheet required. • Strong knowledge in Excel, Access. • Excellent English level – Reading, writing, speaking. • Strong knowledge in Excel. • Experience in ERP system.
